Provident Fund [EPF] and Employee Pension Scheme [EPS] introduced in 1952, EPF is must for entities employing 20 or more persons. EPF contribution is required for employees earning Rs. 6,500/- per month. The employee contributes 12% and employer contributes 3.67% and Employee Pension Scheme Contributes 8.33% per annum.
